I don't know what year your folks' car is, but I know the more recent Maxima has a V6 engine that has won the "Best V6 in Class" like almost 10 years in a row.

My friend owns a 1995 and it's a sick car.

Also, I didn't know that the camaro was the same car. Good to know.

And not to be skeptical, but I find it hard to believe that a 350 8-cyl is getting that good gas milage.

Not that it matters, the car is not even made for that and it's still sick...I'm sure it's real aerodynamic and gets really good MPG, but if it actually gets 30+MPG that is honestly crazy stuff!

I'd take a 350Z before it, but it's still a badass car.

Having a six-speed does wonders to gas mileage.

Yeah those guys are amusing...they must think they are driving some top fuel dragster.  They don't like it when they get walked on by an LS1.

They have had the same engines since the '80s...no difference between them.  A Pontiac F-body is just as fast as a Chevy F-body.  But I agree with you when you say Camaros look better (for obvious reasons ).
