hey guys,
I have played paintball for awhile with my V-force Shield Paintball mask. Now the time has come to replace the lens  (first time ever, V-force is quality). The lens I have is mirrored silver (coolest lens around) .
So what I am asking for is step by step instructions for replacing the
lens. I know it's probably simple and easy, but I don't know how
to do it and I am not breaking my lens just because I was too lazy to
ask someone. And please be specific in your directions because
