Nissan's are sick, and as far as I know there's really nothing sicker than the 300zx for that time period other than the old-school Skylines.
What's it push stock? Those are rear-wheel right? Anyways, nice car, good taste. |

Zak, if you could provide me with any specs on your car, that would be great.
I'm a beginning Nissan enthusiast and like to learn all I can about any year of their vehicles. The main things I'm wondering are how much it weighs, power(HP/torque), and if it's indeed rear-wheel. Anything you've got, I'll read. |

i've heard of people putting 350ci chevies into 240zx's. low weight and lots of power are always good.

Actually, I'm pretty sure this car weighs more than 3,000 pounds! Nissans are not light cars. Besides, Chevy 350 would be a downgrade from what he's got in there stock. Imports are sick, and 300zx's are among the sickest. |

My bad, I see now that you said the 240sx.
I'm sure people have swapped Chevy 350's into their 240's, but I'd bet that's some custom work. I do know that basically everyone that owns a 240 of any year wants to do one thing....swap the engine for the Japanese version, the sr20det. Basically, I don't see why someone would slap a Chevy engine in there when there's awesome Jap engines for cheap, but maybe he got the engine for free or something or just wanted to try something different. |

BlueMonkey, I agree with you that 240sx's are sick, I'm saving some cash to buy one in the next few months. My friend bought a 1995 240sx SE about 8 months ago, and the car is no joke. Car "gets sideways" like no other. |

Very cool. My dad is a Nissan mechanic, so I love the cars. Heres a similar one for sale down the street. Its an old 300Z and its so awsome. Im considering buying it as my first car when I get a job this summer if its still for sale.
