What does ROF mean as in R.O.F 19 BPS, as seen with the Kingman EM1

Rate Of Fire, ie how many balls per second you are shotting, 19 bps in this case.

Why cant we all (meaning every1 even KINGMAN) just say bps, NOT ROF or CPS just BPS...ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

or

"i have a higher 'rate of fire' than you"

They are different terms meaning diff things.  CPS is cycles per second of your gun without paint (usually faster than with paint). BPS is balls per second coming out of your gun. Rof is rate of fire (can be diff than BPS) ie. I have my ROF on my gun capped at 24BPS. and when I  shot it I only was able to get 11 BPS with my revy loader. Diff kinds of eyes can vary the two also.
