Yup best i have seen is rewireing the brake light switch to the horn so every time they hit the brake the horn goes off lol.  Funniest thing you will EVER see especailly if there not mechanically inclined.  My boss helped me do this to a School bus for a driver were always jokeing with lol.

I have alot of more evil ones but well he said it WAS his friend.

HEHEHEHE Thanx hope it works for ya. 

Of corse ya can always do it differantly and wire the hord to the reverse lights so the horn goes off as soon as they put it into revers and well soo many options lol.

Oh and on a side note im actually part Maltese (your sigs location)  I dout there very big on paint ball there lol as i can pretty mutch drive across the contry in less than 20mins.

I've heard of this one done too, re-route the windshield spray into the car, and attach it to the brake light switch, so when they press the brakes, they get sprayed in the face with water. My friends teacher did that to a friend.
