High or low pressure

I was just wondering what presure (HPA) i should get for a autococker high or low presure. I have heard that i need to get high presure but i just wanted to make sure
My setup
Red ion
Red system x drop
Red New designz trigger
Red q lock feed neck
68/45 crossfire blue

i thought it had to be high for autocockers because if you go to

www.firstcallpaintball.com and if you look under the maxflo tank it say great for high presure guns like autocockers and angels

That is very peculiar. Angels run off VERY low pressure, but I am positive that a Autococker runs off High pressure. Since you can run a Autococker on C02 with out any major problems, unless its cold out and the worst you could do is damage an o-ring. But if a Autococker runs off low pressure there stock regulator will bring the pressure down so that nothing critical will happen.

all WGP autocockers besides the orracle run at 350 psi.
blame it on the irish....

yeah i dunno about that because i aways thought that all autocockers except for the new trilogies ran on low pressure

no i am pretty sure autocockers run on high pressure Angles run on really low pressure
