   Shooting drills, popout  etc. Play 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 have one person working as a coach to watch body mechanics etc. They can tell you if you are tucked properly etc. Flat out speed kills learn to shot on the move not just spray & pray but moving with your marker up. One thing that some teams never get is talking, good communication is key in tourny play.
