I've come to terms with the fact that my Mobo wont support over 64megs of Vram, so hows about this card, opinions on it?

I dont have any experience with either, but the first one utilizes direct x 9.0 which is a plus..

For 20 bucks the first one aint bad. But I'd rather save up for a new mobo, and then get a 128MB or 256MB card. Just my two cents.
