    Posted: 04 August 2004 at 2:45pm

Well this summer I have had way too much time on my hands.  I decided to pick up my guitar after 7 years of neglect and try to make something.  My buds at school also were into music so I just tagged along and played with them.  I've been playing for around 5 months.  I bought a sound editing program and very soon I'll try to master some of my work.  Right now everything is unedited.  Once Willy, (the bands lead guitarist) comes back he'll help me out with some of the stuff.  Since I'm a nub I've just been doing covers.  I play tool and metallica (None of the new ungodly stuff that makes jesus cry)  We actually starting writing but nothing new will come out for a few months.

Sounds alot like me trying to play some tool songs...I'll get it down but it's still a little slower and awkward...

i got a guitar for christmas and played for a little then put it down and once summer started i picked up again.

it was a shame that it was sittin around, Orignal Fender Jag-Stang and a Marshall 65watt amp, it was only 500 bucks for both at the pawn shop, i thought is was a great deal

I wish my grass was emo so it would cut itself.

Jag Stangs are nice. But i heard they can go out of tune really easily. I'm a bassist and i couldn't be happier with Fender.
