I'm with ProDigY on this one. Full auto is just another reason to spray and pray. And the argument that it will lower paintball consumption "Yeah right!" Full auto is OK in scenario games if evryone is comfortable with it, but tournaments are supposed to utilize skill and brain matter. I suppose someone will eventually claim that full auto will eliminate overshooting too. |

MORON. PSP and NPPL are bigger and better? Well no DUR.. they are public series. The NXL is a Franchise. If you want to see more NXL teams then give some random team 250k to buy a franchise and play. Go play some national events, get to know the right people, then talk like you know your way out of a box. |

Full auto can in a way have an advantage, because you will be able to pay attention a lot more, and be more focused on the enemy. |

Man, I step out for a while and peeps start slinging names... I don't have a link, do you want my source... here it is. His name is Blake Pruitt, he used to play for the Detroit FUSION #187, he now plays for the Chicago Aftershock. He lives in Arlington, TX... his parents own Pruitt Auto Sales in Granbury, TX. He shoots a clear DM4 with just a touch of cobalt mixed in... he USED to have an Aftershock team ramp board in his marker until yesterday when he came into Awful Paintball and More owned by Eric Hoffman. Blake used to work for Eric before he started working in the family business. At the shop, we removed the 'Shock board from his gun, put it in my DM4, took the NEW NXL APPROVED board out of the box that was shipped from the Badlands in Chicago and installed it into his marker. We then aired his WGP 70ci stubby up and played around with it for 2 tank fulls. After 2 quick pulls of the trigger, the marker locks into full auto at a rate of 14/15 BPS. The reasons given for the cap are: - it is very easy to tell if someone is shooting faster and pull them for ramp/bounce/uncapped boards. - Overshooting will be pulled back into check Is that good enough for you FROGMAN? I wouldn't get on here and say something like this if I didn't have a clue about what was going on. |
