mobius: the game looks good even at lower resolutions so your gpu
doesnt matter too much. also its capped at 60 fps so thats why you
arent getting more
doom 3 hardware guide everyone: when you pirate video games the creators wont make any profit and wont be able to create new games. so when good games stop being produced we'll know who to blame |

I fail to see how anyone is losing money by me downloading Doom 3. I wouldn't buy it even if I couldn't download it.
Its not like I would be willing to buy it and just download it to save money, if it isnt worth buying then theres no harm in leeching it.  Edited by Solipsism |

How so? So if it isnt worth buying then it isnt worth playing? mmmmk that makes a lot of sense. maybe if its worth $20 to me and not $55. Also Im a firm believer is playing before you buy. Which is what I always do. I download it and play it if its worth buying I'll purchase it, just like I have done with UT2003 and UT2004. No one is losing money by me downloading Doom 3, because the chances are it will not warrant its price tag of $55. So I wouldn't buy it anyway. Edited by Solipsism |

It does look good on Low setting, but I gotta tell you this game is the best looking game i have EVER seen, the lighting is amazing. At one moment I took out my flashlight to look at a zombie, he had pretty textures and nice lighting, then he got too close and I wacked him with the flashlight. I felt sorry for him, because he looked retarded, then I shot him until his brain popped out cause I don't want him getting up. |
