there is a whole sticky on it in the upgrades uber FAQ but i'll answer this now if u remember that there is a sticky on every upgrade there is...now low pressure reduces the inflow of compressed air and gives more consistency so the paintball inside won't suddenly break open from the sudden spike of air.hope it helps
