Buffalo Grove, Ill. (April 21, 2011) – The X7 Phenom from Tippmann Sports has been named the official marker of more than 30 major paintball events around the world, including Oklahoma D-Day. As part of this recognition, the marker will be prominently represented at the most popular and widely-attended paintball events throughout the year.
“We’re certainly excited to stand behind the X7 Phenom – it’s a great marker thaat’s tremendously popular,” said Dewayne Convirs, owner of Oklahoma D-Day Adventure Park in Wyandotte, Okla. “We’re also pleased that Tippmann is stepping to the plate to help promote Oklahoma D-Day and other events like ours around the world. The added exposure is very much appreciated.”
To help drive awareness and participation in major global paintball events, Tippmann will be featuring select event logos on the packaging for its X7 Phenom. The company will also be promoting the events on its website as well as to its industry-leading Facebook network, which now has more than 130,000 participants.
Here’s a list of the events planning to work with Tippmann to promote the X7 Phenom:
• The Great American Paintball Tour, which includes Living Legends at CPX Sports, Oklahoma D-Day at D-Day Adventure Park, Invasion of Normandy at Skirmish, Monster Game at Hell Survivors and Decay of Nations at SC Village Paintball Park.
• Major paintball Big Game events around the world, including: Veckring in France, North vs. South in the United Kingdom, Paintugal in Portugal, the Wasaga Beach Paintball Big Game in Canada and the Super Game, which is played on the west coast in the U.S.
• Key scenario series in the U.S., including five MPP Games, nine Viper Scenario Games and three Wayne Dollack 24-Hour Scenario Games.
• Seven Tippmann Challenge Series events in Canada, Russia, France, South Africa, Malaysia, United Kingdom and at Hell Survivors – the original Tippmann World Challenge.
