A patented new camouflage graphics kit

BUFFALO GROVE, IL-JULY 2005-Tippmann Sports, a world-leading manufacturer of high performance paintball markers and related accessories, has introduced a patented new camouflage graphics kit. The kit allows players to quickly apply a Realtree camouflage graphic to their Tippmann 98 Custom™, Custom Pro™ or A-5™ marker.

"The days of field dressing your marker with camouflage duck tape are over," said Patrick Ehren, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tippmann Sports. "Now players have an easy-to-apply alternative that looks great and helps a marker blend into its natural surroundings - an important consideration for many scenario players."

Tippmann's new "peel and stick" graphics are coated with high quality, semi-permanent 3M adhesive for ultimate performance and durability. In addition, the graphics are pre-cut to conform to specific Tippmann paintball marker models, which means they can be adhered easily in minutes. The one-of-a-kind decals are waterproof and weatherproof as well as oil and gas resistant. They were specifically designed to stand up to the rigorous conditions sometimes found on today's paintball playfields.

"Our camouflage kit was created following feedback from players," Ehren said. "After seeing the different ways players were camouflaging their markers, it seemed like an obvious solution. The camouflage kit is just one of many new accessories from Tippmann to connect with our key consumers."

Tippmann's camouflage graphics are resistant to fading and scratching and are expected to be popular among players looking to modify their marker to camouflage as well as those who simply want to add a fresh appearance to their reliable marker. The kits will carry a MSRP of $19.99 and are expected to be available at specialty paintball stores and sporting goods retailers in late July 2005.
